Deposits and Reservations

Full supplemental charges shall be included in the deposit required at the time of reservation.  In many cases we must prepare well in advance for your arrival to ready your special experience.   If we have experienced costs in our preparation your prepayment of supplemental charges will not be subject to the general refund policies of your travel planner.

90 Day Advance Purchase Discount

All packages and promotions are based on supplemental charges. These can not be discounted. The 90 Day Discount applies to the room portion only, when fully paid for 90 days before arrival.  This is not refundable.

Rate

Our rates vary widely according to meal plan, number of people included, and total group composition (singles, doubles etc).  Tour operators and agents who work with us will be familiar with our current rates.

Availability

Most people stay with us as part of their safari, booked well in advance, and spend many happy months looking forward to their visit to Tanzania and Gibb's Farm.
